Getting started

No. Claiming a planet is free, and so is playing: training, upgrading, raiding, automatic defence, collecting dust and the simulation pack. You only need crypto for premium and mining packs, paid in USDC, and for Supply Drops, paid in SKR, unless you have free Seeker Genesis drops.
Dust is your planet’s in-game resource, not a token. See Dust.
Not to play. PANDOR pays the fees for your game moves, and usually for your wallet orders too. Your first mining pack does need about 0.004 SOL in your wallet for RubyPool’s account deposit, which comes back when those accounts close.

Mining

No. It pays dust only. The pORE it would have mined figure is a preview of what a real small pack would have earned. It’s never paid out. See Mining.
Your pack has probably ended. With no pack running, your planet makes no dust over time. Under Mine, tap Restart simulation pack. It never restarts on its own.
No. The SOL from a mining pack is used up by mining. What you get is pORE, which you can take out as ORE.
pORE is RubyPool’s token. Your packs’ RubyPool position earns it, and the weekly prize pays in it. The app shows what yours is Worth in ORE. Take it out as ORE under Mine, and you get 88.75% of its ORE value.
One of these is the usual reason:
  • Your planet has no live premium.
  • You’re not signed in with your planet’s payout wallet.
  • The SOL price moved more than 1% before your purchase landed. Try again.
  • SOL is trading above about 500 USDC, which the pack’s swap doesn’t allow.
  • Your wallet doesn’t hold enough USDC, or has no SOL for the RubyPool deposit.
When a purchase is refused, your USDC stays in your wallet.
Yes. The two merge: the SOL still waiting to go in joins the new SOL, and it all goes in over a fresh seven days.
The swap plans for up to 1% less SOL than quoted, and only that planned amount goes into RubyPool. The difference, about 1% of the SOL, stays in your wallet. It’s yours.
RubyPool sometimes briefly holds take-outs while it syncs with an ORE round. Yours is sent as soon as RubyPool is ready. If the wait runs too long, it’s cancelled. Any pORE already claimed stays in your wallet, and your next take-out turns it into ORE.
One take-out is limited to what RubyPool can pay out right now. The app offers the most it can. Take out the rest later.

Weekly prize

Your prize can never be more than the pORE your paid packs mined that week. The free simulation pack doesn’t count, so with only the free pack, you can top the board and still win nothing. See Weekly prize.
Every Thursday at 00:00 UTC.
No. Burned dust is gone for good, and it counts only for the week you burned it in.
Four weeks after the week ends, with your payout wallet. After that, an unclaimed prize rolls into the prize of the week in progress.

Supply Drops

No. Drops hold in-game items only: dust, troops, fast-track tokens and premium days. See Supply Drops.
ORE’s own on-chain round result, for a round that hadn’t ended when you paid. Nobody knows it in advance, not you and not PANDOR, and anyone can check the result.
A drop opens when its ORE round ends. Expect anything from under a minute to about a minute and a half, and you can leave the screen meanwhile. If ORE itself stalls, your roll waits and no SKR is lost. If PANDOR’s servers are down, anyone can open it after about seven minutes.
The drop price on chain has changed. Update the app to roll again. A roll never charges more than the price the app shows.
Your planet was insolvent, so you got the troops’ cost in dust instead: 200 dust per raider, 350 per heavy and 300 per defender.

Premium

Packs you already bought keep mining to the end. The auto queue pauses and keeps your orders. Your fleets that haven’t left yet drop out of planned strikes. You can’t buy new packs or burn dust until you renew. See Premium.
No. Premium gates buying mining packs, burning dust, the auto queue and the campaign planner. Taking out ORE and claiming a prize you’ve won don’t need it.

Wallet and keys

No. Your wallet signs every payment. RHEA’s game key runs your planet, but it can’t move anything in your wallet. See What you sign.
RHEA holds your planet’s game key and the key that seals your dust balance, and PANDOR stores both encrypted. That’s how your orders keep running while the app is closed. Your wallet stays yours.
Only until you confirm it. Once you tap Confirm my payout wallet and sign, it’s locked, and PANDOR can no longer change it.
PANDOR pays for your game moves. For wallet orders, PANDOR usually pays too, up to 30 of your orders an hour, and the app tells you when it does. Otherwise your wallet pays the usual small fee in SOL.

Seeker Genesis and referrals

The rarity perk applies only when you claim a planet with the token in your payout wallet, and only once per token, ever. If you claimed with another wallet, or the token had already used its perk, your planet rolled the normal odds. See Seeker Genesis.
Each new round tops your planet back up to 10 free drops. Rounds aren’t on a timer: PANDOR opens them.
In the next app update. See Referrals.
